I’m Deonna Hart, visionary and founder of Dee Hart Enterprises. I’m committed to purposeful gathering, rooted in a commitment to creating spaces of transformation and sisterhood for women of color. Beyond my profession, I’m blessed to be a wife and mother to two emerging adults. This grounds me in the importance of creating environments where women can flourish, and confidently explore their identities and aspirations, and receive the guidance and support needed to reach their fullest potential.

In all that I do, I am driven by a profound sense of purpose – a dedication to creating spaces where individuals can uncover their true selves, embrace their power, and journey forward with clarity and conviction.
